Today's Challenge: Eat Your Colors

This post is less informational and more inspirational.. motivational.

A simple mission for today, a step in a life-changing direction: Leave the food choices of the past in the past. Today, you're going to
fill your body with brightness that will shine from the inside out. You will feed it food rich in the nutrients it is literally craving. Today, you will feel more satisfied as human being, from the cellular level to the mental and spiritual level. 

Today's Challenge: 
Eat Your Colors.

Eat the Pinks & Reds 
Strawberries, Radishes, Red Beets, Bell Pepper, Rhubarb, Tomato, Watermelon, Cherries, Pomegranate

Eat the Blues & Purples
Eggplant, Turnips, Radicchio, Plums, Grapes, Acai, Figs, Blueberries

Eat the Yellows
Corn, Bell Pepper, Squash, Lemon, Passion Fruit, Pears, Pineapple, Plantain, Banana

Eat the Oranges
Sweet Potato, Bell Pepper, Apricot, Cantaloupe, Carrots, Mango, Peaches, Butternut Squash, Tangerine, Oranges

& Most Certainly.. Eat the Greens
Romaine, Kale, Spinach, Tomatillo, Artichokes, Basil, Bell Pepper, Collard Greens, Cilantro, Parsley, Cabbage, Celery, Arugula, Avocado, Cucumber, Asparagus, Olives, Green Onion, Okra, Kiwi, Jalapeno Peppers, Zucchini, Limes, Sprouts, Peas, 
Fill your body and feed your cells truly natural colors and flavors full of beneficial nutrients and it will thank you by letting the brightness of your meals shine through from the inside out, resulting in a brighter, healthier, happier you. I promise you.
